About ICS

ICS History

Even if this is the first you have heard of us, you have probably seen our work in dozens of places.

When you go to some of your favorite home improvement stores with the intent of purchasing goods to beautify your yard, you will see our displays of merchandise that provide a vision of how your yard can look. Through presentation, care and careful selection, we provide the finest service to these stores live goods centers.

The beginning

We saw a need of a higher quality level of service specifically for live goods in the big box retailer. We put together a service program and in March of 2002 our company was born. Service began in over 20 stores in Massachusetts.

By March of 2003, we were servicing in RI, CT, Northern NY, VT, NH, and ME.

October 2003, ICS became incorporated

By 2004 we covered NY City, Long Island, and Northern NJ
Fall 2004, began 100% full live good service in 2 Manhattan stores

January 2005 offered 401K

Fast Forward

We now service over 200 stores for over 30 nurseries that include all live good categories in 8 states. We have grown and prospered through the hard work and dedication of our employees where excellence in performance, quality, integrity and the highest standards for customer service have become the norm for all ICS associates.
