ICS in Action
Independent Nursery Services works closely with our customers to provide customized merchandising and care plans that meet our customers high standards. We work to maintain the products in the stores and make sure that the product is merchandised properly.
This includes:
Signing in and setting priorities for the day
Setting all table layouts for initial orders
Verifying tags, labels and signs
Signing all products with store approved signs and sign kits
Cleaning, culling, and noting distressed material
Initiating markdowns-in compliance with store policies
Consolidating and merchandising all product by variety, color, and size
Creating focal points in the garden center
Maintaining planogram integrity
Providing product knowledge as needed
Working refill orders, writing new orders to replenish stock
